How does Peola’s Concierge Services Work?

Schedule a complimentary consultation at 386-956-0818. We’ll evaluate your needs and suggest the package that’s best suited for what you want to get accomplished.

You’ll receive a Client Agreement along with a credit card authorization. Both must be signed and returned within a minimum of 3 days before the start of your services.

What if I need a service that is not listed on your website?

We’ll be more than happy to discuss it to see if it can be listed as a service for you.

How do you charge for your services?

Pay as you go – This option is A La Carte with a minimum 2 hour requirement. Payments are processed 3 business days before service is provided.

Packages – You have 60 days to use package hours. Payments are processed at least 3 business days before service is provided.

Monthly Membership – This option is recurring monthly payments. Payments are processed on the 1st of every month.

Can I hire your services with a one day notice?

We do our best to accommodate last minute requests. However, we encourage our clients to book our services at least 3 days in advance, so that we can reserve the exact day you desire.

Is it ok if I exceed the hours in my package?

Yes, you may add additional hours to any package as needed. Such hours will be charged at the A La Carte rate for each additional hour exceeded.

What happens if I do not use all the hours in the package I selected?

Unused hours may be rolled over on a one-time basis to the following month.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Pay As You Go, Packages & Monthly Membership – You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to receive a refund. Services cancelled without sufficient notice shall be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

 

How are the hours in my Package and Monthly Membership distributed throughout the month?

You may use the hours at your convenience at any time in the month following purchase pursuant to reasonable and customary coordination of task and schedules and approved by Peola’s Concierge Services.

How do you handle purchases for the client?

You can provide Peola’s Concierge Services with a credit card or cash in advance or have Peola’s Concierge Services advance costs. A 5% convenience fee will be charged. Reimbursement of expenses will be processed upon invoicing.

What are your methods of payment?

Peola’s Concierge Services accepts all major credit, debit cards, cash and checks.

Which areas of Florida do you serve?

I served Volusia County but other locations may be considered.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes! Please contact us to learn more. 

Are you insured?

Yes, Peola’s Concierge Services is insured. Also, we provide a Confidentiality Agreement. We value your privacy.

What are the days and hours that you operate?

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Hourly rates for after hours and weekend rates are by request only. Please call for a quote.
